Hi everyone,
Sorry I should have mentioned at the last meeting I had notification from the Directors that they would like to discuss at their next board meeting, any ways to improve the club as a whole and also provide what you want to see from the club. Main topics as follows:
General matters
Events
AGM
Log Book Extra / MR2 Only
Anything else that people want to raise.
The next board meeting is due very very shortly, so therefore if anyone has any comments can you please forward them to me in order that I can pass them on.

MARCH 7th meeting. we will meet at nowton country park bury st edmunds IP33 2BT at 11am. We will organize a run to the lunch stop. Which will be a choice of 2 roasts or vegetarian.
If you do not wish to do the run please contact ivan and janet and we will let you know where the lunch stop is. After lunch we will arrange another run for tea and cake stop . Please let us know if you are coming by march 1st. See you all soon

Hi everyone. After our meeting at the weekend I contacted Pensthorpe,(regarding the May meeting) as the set menu did not give many choices, so we can now chose from the cafe menu. The entry charrge will now be Adults 9 00 seniors 7 50. I hope this arrangement is ok. I will send a board round at the next meeting for those who would like to attend, or leave a message here. I will be collecting the entry fees at the April meeting. Usual meeting time 12noon for 12 30.
