Hi All.
May 3rd meeting: 12:00 at Timbers Hotel for lunch. Lynn Road, Fincham PE33 9HE.
After lunch a visit to Stradsett Park Vintage Rally. http://www.nvtec-ea.org.uk/index.html Admission cost is 2.50 per adult. The event will have an excess of 400 exhibits including, tractors, cars, commercials, M Cycles, stationary engines and trade stands all supported by catering, bar, and a few other attractions and ring displays.

Anglia Regional Report for April 2009
On a very bright sunny day 19 members met at the Rose & Crown, Stanton, Suffolk for an excellent lunch mainly Carvery with huge Yorkshire puddings included.
Discussions took place regarding next months meeting which will be at The Timbers Restaurant for lunch followed by a visit to Stradsett for a vintage tractor and car rally. Gay & Steve (who are at present on holiday) are organizing this event and for those not at todays meeting and wish to attend next month please either contact them or Ali/Dave. Also arrangements were being made for the June meeting which is a lunch at Penthorpe followed by a food and gardening exhibition please contact Den & Chris or Ali/Dave, if you would like to join us.
Well todays meeting consisted of a drive with clues organized by Ivan & Janet. The drive was approximately 30 miles through some wonderful spring countryside and of course we ended up for tea, ice creams and cake when everyone had finished at Elveden Estates. Whilst having tea we all eagerly awaited the results of the competition and after much deliberation by Janet and Ivan it was agreed that everyone taking part had done very well but the overall winners were Sharon & Thomas, followed closely by Sheila & Henry and Den & Chris. ( I think the pig count was clearly a rouse to see who would come up with the best answers!)
Thanks must go to Ivan and Janet for all their time organizing this wonderful day.
Our summer holiday break has been organized for the beginning of July (5th 10th) at Grassmere in the Lake District. Anyone who would like to join us are most welcome and arrangements should be made directly with the hotel itself. Details from Ali/Dave.
