HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL.

This is just a quick survey to find out who is interested in attending Flixton Air Museum, Bungay, for our February meeting.
I need to have a rough idea of numbers before contacting the Museum and also to arrange lunch. I have been told by Ivan that there is a pub called the Flixton Buck that has a simple carvery, very reasonable and is right next door to the museum. Can you please let me know if you think this is a suitable venue for the 1st February and I will make the necessary arrangements.

Many thanks - see you all soon.
Ali.

Hi everyone,
For those who were not at our Christmas lunch the following is a brief report -
"19 Members from the Anglia region met for their Christmas Lunch in Felixstowe, joined by some old friends, Ray & Babs with their new guide dog. A delicious meal was served and enjoyed by everyone. A brief discussion followed regarding next year’s programme and it was decided not to have a meeting in January as several members were attending the Warners Hotel at Nidd towards the end of January and the committee would meet and discuss future events then.
After a pleasant walk along the sea front, although the weather was lovely and sunny the wind was cold we were all invited back to Russ’s home for tea and cakes, but no one had any room for cake after such a grand Christmas Lunch. Thanks go to Russ and Pat for their hospitality and for organizing the venue. "
Anyone who has any ideas or suggestions for the programme for next year please let me know as soon as possible please.

Dave and I would like to wish you all a very Happy Christmas and a Healthy, Happy and Safe 2009.
See you all soon. Ali.

Hi everyone,
Hope you are all looking forward to our dinner on Sunday. Anyone who has any ideas for 2009 please bring along your suggestions. Also where would you all like to meet for the January meal on the 11th rather than on the 4th - or do you all want to skip January. I'm open to suggestions and ideas, please let me know what your thoughts are.
See you Sunday. - Ali
